The event is typically scheduled for early October and includes a Health and Lifestyle Expo prior to race day, centered near the start/finish area. Neighborhood traffic restrictions are in place on race day to accommodate the course, affecting areas such as Arlington Heights, Downtown, Pearl District, and Sellwood-Moreland, among others.
